WILW

Happy HUMP day y'all! This week has flown by so quickly--but I'm not complaining! Today I want to do my first 'What I'm Loving Wednesday' and I hope you enjoy!

1. Pure Barre and Brittany Fuson. Put these two together and I get giddy with excitement! Today I start my month long 'trial' of PB and I couldn't be more anxious and excited. I have been going back and fourth on the idea of signing up, and after seeing the below PB print by Brittany, I knew I was ready to get my butt back in shape! And, after seeing Brittany's work, I also decided to order an adorable luggage tag and notecard set--I can't wait to show you guys how they turn out! Oh and stay tuned later this week for an update on my survival through my first few days of Pure Barre!!
Pure Barre -- yep this is where you will find me for the next 30 days.... I'm 2nd day in and I'm already IN LOVE!!!! Getting fit has never been so fun!!!! You gals should try it :)

2. Pinterest. I think I have an obsession. Okay...let me correct that statement, I HAVE A BAD OBSESSION. I mean bad. I pin more times in a day then I can count. I catch myself unconsciously typing in the search bar p-i-n-t-e-r and have to stop myself before I can finish typing the word...really Melissa? Get back to work! BUT...come on now...I am on the topic and it would be rude of me not to share some recent favorites of mine right? ;-)

Blueberry Blintzes Recipe Bear Claw Pastries | Pass the Cocoa: A flaky, buttery pastry filled with cinnamon almond paste and drizzled with milk and honey glaze. The recipe requires time for the dough to rise, but it is well worth the wait. Delicious!

3. TRUE friendships. If you don't value the friendships you have then something must be wrong because I think it is so important to really take a look at those you call your "friends". At this point in most of our lives, we really don't have time to surround ourselves with people who bring us down. Who judge us. Who try to be better then us. TRUE friends don't try to "out do" one another. They support you. Love on you. Pray for you. And want the best for you. Over the last five years I have really evaluated the people I devoted my time towards and really had to take the filters out and look at everyone in my life under the same "microscope". It was hard to have to part ways with certain individuals who I so dearly loved hanging out with, but overtime weren't healthy to hang out with. I keep telling myself that God knows what he is doing, and he continues to amaze me by those individuals he puts in my life (especially recently <3) and I couldn't be more thankful!

4. This weather! Helloooo PSL's, sweaters, fuzzy blankets and crisp air. You make me happy. Now one thing you may or may not know about me is I am always COLD but I HATE to be HOT...make sense? I hate to sweat. I hate my hair getting frizzy. I hate when my hands are so cold I can't function. I hate having to add layer upon layer just to take Miller out in the morning. But the pros outweigh the cons in my book when it comes to everything that fall time presents; especially in October and November...

Of course I am....it's so pretty and it's my birthday month!!! :)

Until next time loves-- I hope you enjoyed WILW!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment! I will usually respond back to you via email (not here on the blog)...It's easier for me that way and hopefully it sparks a conversation for us! It makes me giddy that you're here and took the time to leave me a comment :)
